
Salad Recipe with Smoked Fillet Trout!

- 4 slices of whole wheat bread
- 250g smoked trout fillet
- 1 large tomato
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 red onion
- For mayonnaise or yogurt sauce:
- 1/4 cup of mayonnaise or yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
Instructions:
- Slice the tomato, thinly slice the red onion, and slice the avocado after peeling its skin.
- Mix mayonnaise or yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl to make the sauce.
- Spread the sauce on each slice of bread.
- Place smoked trout fillet on the bread slices.
- Add tomato, red onion, and avocado on top of the smoked trout fillet.
- Cover with the other slices of bread and press lightly to make a sandwich.
- Wait for a few minutes before serving so that the bread can soften a little and the sandwich can be easily eaten.
- Slice the sandwich and serve.
