Sandwich Recipe with Smoked Fillet Trout !

Ingredients:

  • 4 slices of whole wheat bread
  • 250g smoked trout fillet
  • 1 large tomato
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 red onion
  • For mayonnaise or yogurt sauce:
    • 1/4 cup of mayonnaise or yogurt
    • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
    • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Slice the tomato, thinly slice the red onion, and slice the avocado after peeling its skin.
  2. Mix mayonnaise or yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl to make the sauce.
  3. Spread the sauce on each slice of bread.
  4. Place smoked trout fillet on the bread slices.
  5. Add tomato, red onion, and avocado on top of the smoked trout fillet.
  6. Cover with the other slices of bread and press lightly to make a sandwich.
  7. Wait for a few minutes before serving so that the bread can soften a little and the sandwich can be easily eaten.
  8. Slice the sandwich and serve.
