Salad Recipe with Smoked Fillet Trout!

Ingredients:

  • 250 grams smoked trout fillet
  • 3-4 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1/4 cup black olives
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. Cut the smoked trout fillets into small pieces about the size of a dice and set aside.
  2. Wash and dry the salad greens and place them in a salad bowl.
  3. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half or quarters, slice the cucumber into rounds, and cut the red onion into thin slices. Mix them all together in a bowl.
  4. Cut the black olives into thin slices and add sesame seeds.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
  6. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat the ingredients.
  7. Add the smoked trout pieces on top of the salad.
  8. Chill the salad in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes before serving.
  9. Mix the salad before serving and transfer to a serving plate.
