Smoked Fillet Trout Recipe !

Ingredients:

  • 250 grams smoked trout fillet
  • 1 small red onion
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro leaves
  • Salt and pepper
  • Crackers or bread slices

Instructions:

  • Cut the smoked trout fillets into thin slices and arrange them on a serving plate.
  • Peel the avocado and dice it into cubes.
  • Slice the red onion into thin rings. In a bowl, mix together the red onion, fresh cilantro leaves, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the prepared avocado salad on top of the smoked trout fillets.
  • Serve with crackers or bread slices.
